Q – Why is my credit card payment not going though

A – Check that the card number, card name and expiry date is entered as it appears on the front of the card also ensure that your 3 Digit CV number at the back of the card is also entered correctly.

Q – Where do you deliver ?

A – We deliver all over South Africa. Delivery is available Monday to Friday excluding public holidays

Q – How can i track the status of my order?

A- You track the status of your order by accessing your account on the home screen top right_ Sign in your account account using your email & password

A – Find the item you want to purchase 2. Click to add to cart button 3. Click on proceed to checkout 4.You will be required to login or register if its your first time buying 5.Select or create a new delivery address 6.Select your payment method then proceed 7. A complete order summary will show. Please ensure all information are absolutely correct.

Q – Can i collect my product?

A – At this stage no collection point is available but we will be launching some in the near future.

A – Delivery takes 2-6 working days

A – Delivery is free on orders above R500 / Standard delivery fee R79 – R120 / overnight delivery delivery only in Joburg, Pretoria, Vaal triangle, Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp, Westonaria, Brits FEE R229
